中国机电装备维修与改造技术协会(简称中机维协)是经中华人民共和国民政部正式批准登记注册，于1992年12月正式成立，具有社会团体法人资格的国家一级行业协会。 中国机电装备维修与改造技术协会机械传动分会(简称“中机维协机械传动分会”)经中机维协正式批准登记注册，隶属于中机维协。中机维协机械传动分会是由从事机械传动部件和零部件制造及检维修改和再制造企业单位、设备厂商、三方运营机构、技术服务单位、科研院所、高校等组成的全国性社会团体。

　　主要任务是：

　　1、咨询服务：积极研究与解读与本行业有关的各项国家政策法规，调查了解行业情况，向政府部门提出建议和向会员单位提供咨询。

　　2、标准建设：受委托组织制订、修订行业各类标准，并组织实施。

　　3、行业统计：组织开展对本行业中相关企业数据的统计、汇总和分析工作，为政府部门的政策提供分析数据基础，为企业的规划发展提供参考依据;承担政府交办的其他工作等，以多种形式，推动行业发展。

　　4、行业认证：受中机维协委托开展《中国传动装备维修改造企业资质等级评定》;在行业内开展机械传动装备运维系统运维人员职业技能认证， 推动传动设备设施更新换代，技术升级;企业节能降耗;规范化运营促进企业规范发展。

　　5、行业指导：

　　◆ 受委托参加装备维修与改造后的质量检查，并收集与反馈意见，提出咨询意见;制订本行业“行规行约”，建立行业自律机制。

　　◆组织从事机床再制造的企业组建“机床再制造产业技术创新战略联盟”，加快机床再制造产业化进程，促进“绿色制造”和“循环经济”。

　　◆ 协调行业内部价格，指导、监督行业服务收费。

　　6、信息交流：推广新产品、新技术、新工艺、新材料，组织技术转让与交流，通过举办行业信息大会、各种专题论坛及技术/学术会议等活动，促进行业的技术交流与进步;开展闲置设备调  剂;组织国内外技术与经验交流，举办行业展览会。

　　7、信息服务：充分利用协会的公共网络平台，构建协会与会员间的沟通网络体系，组建行业信息网，建立网上信息库;出版行业有关刊物，编辑有关资料与专著，为会员单位以及市场和用户提供全方位、有价值的服务。

　　8、专业培训：在行业中积极开展机械传动装备运营维护培训;；开展多层次的专业技术培训，为行业提供全方位的技术和人力资源服务。

The main tasks are:

  1.Consulting services: actively study and interpret various national policies and regulations related to the industry, investigate and understand the industry situation, make suggestions to government departments and provide consultation to member units.

  2. standard construction: entrusted organization to formulate, revise various industry standards, and organize the implementation.

  3. Industry statistics: Organize and carry out the statistics, summary and analysis of the data of relevant enterprises in the industry, provide the analysis data basis for the policies of government departments, and provide a reference for the planning and development of enterprises; To undertake other tasks assigned by the government, etc., to promote the development of the industry in various forms.

  4. industry certification: commissioned by the China Machinery Maintenance Association to carry out the "China Transmission equipment maintenance and transformation Enterprise Qualification Rating"; Carry out professional skill certification of operation and maintenance personnel of mechanical transmission equipment operation and maintenance system in the industry, promote the upgrading of transmission equipment and facilities, and upgrade technology; Enterprise energy conservation and consumption reduction; Standardized operation promotes standardized development of enterprises.

  5. Industry guidance:

  ◆ Be entrusted to participate in the quality inspection after equipment maintenance and transformation, and collect and feedback opinions, and put forward advice; Formulate the "trade rules and regulations" of the industry, and establish the self-discipline mechanism of the industry.

  ◆ Organize enterprises engaged in machine tool remanufacturing to establish a "strategic alliance for technological innovation in machine tool remanufacturing industry", accelerate the industrialization process of machine tool remanufacturing, and promote "green manufacturing" and "circular economy".

  ◆ Coordinate the price within the industry, guide and supervise the industry service charges.

  6. Information exchange: Promote new products, new technologies, new processes and new materials, organize technology transfer and exchange, and promote technical exchange and progress of the industry by holding industry information conferences, various special forums and technical/academic conferences; Carry out idle equipment transfer; Organize technology and experience exchanges at home and abroad, and hold industry exhibitions.

  7. Information service: Make full use of the association's public network platform, build a communication network system between the association and its members, set up an industry information network, and establish an online information database; Publish industry-related publications, edit relevant materials and monographs, and provide a full range of valuable services for members, markets and users.

  8. professional training: actively carry out mechanical transmission equipment operation and maintenance training in the industry; ; Carry out multi-level professional and technical training to provide a full range of technical and human resources services for the industry.
